Why is your coffee better than the stuff I get at the grocery store?

Because we're stubbornly high-quality. We only use specialty-grade beans, which are the top 1–5% of coffee beans available worldwide. This isn't your grandma's old tin can coffee—this is the fuel for your next big idea. We're talking meticulously sourced, expertly roasted, and zero compromises.

What does "Roasted to Order" mean?

It means we don't keep bags of pre-roasted coffee gathering dust on a shelf. When you place your order, we fire up the roaster just for you. Every order is a "Custom Order". This guarantees the absolute freshest coffee you can get. If you're going to be stubborn about succeeding, you should be stubborn about freshness, too.

How should I store my coffee?

In an airtight container in a cool, dark place—like your kitchen cabinet. Don't freeze it or refrigerate it; that just invites moisture and unwanted flavors. If you’re going to be a powerhouse, you need your coffee to be, too. Keep it simple and sealed.

Should I order whole bean or ground coffee?

Whole bean, every time. Grinding right before brewing is the single best thing you can do for flavor. We offer the ground option as a convenience, but if you’re stubborn about quality, invest in a decent burr grinder. You wouldn't settle for less in business, so don't settle for less in your brew.


 

Shipping: We Don't Wait Around

How fast is your shipping? I need my coffee now.

We get it. You have things to conquer.

  • Roast Time: Since your coffee is roasted to order, it usually takes 3-5 business days ( longer during busy seasons) from the time you order for the beans to hit the perfect point, be packed, and shipped. No coffee is roasted before it is ordered, guaranteeing YOUR coffee reaches it's peak freshness after it is delivered to you.

  • Shipping Time: Once shipped, transit time is typically 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

We move fast, but we refuse to rush the quality part.

What are your shipping costs?

We believe in upfront costs, not sneaky fees.

  • Orders Under $30: Flat $5 rate on all coffee orders under $30.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $30 ship free! Time to stock up, you relentless go-getter.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the US. We've got big plans, but for now, we're sticking close to home to make sure our service is just as stellar as our coffee.


Returns & Refunds: No Room for Regret

What if I don't like a specific coffee I ordered?

Taste is subjective, but quality isn't.

  • If the product is damaged or incorrect: We will immediately replace it. We own our mistakes.

  • If you simply don't care for the flavor: We don't accept returns on opened coffee because... well, that’s gross. However, we're stubbornly dedicated to your satisfaction. Contact us within 14 days and we'll work with you on a solution, whether it's trying a different blend or a store credit. We want you fueled and ready.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Since we start roasting your beans shortly after you order, you need to be quick. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately! Once the beans are in the roaster, that order is locked in. You made a decision—stick with it!

You caught us. We know some folks need a less caffeinated fire. We offer a small, carefully curated selection of high-quality teas for those days when you need to be calm, collected, and still a little sassy.

Is your tea "specialty-grade" too?

Absolutely. We don't do mediocre. Our teas are sourced with the same stubborn dedication to quality as our coffee. If it's got our name on it, it's the best.
